"A very enjoyable stay. The staff were very helpful even when things went wrong. Loads to eat at breakfast. Lots of private parking." (97696725)
Everything, The room was fantastic.
No hot water in the morning. However the staff gave us another room to use instantly when we let them know.

Lovely breakfast with plenty of choice of cooked or fresh fruit and irish soda bread, fast service.
Room on the top floor of the Lancaster Lodge was a little cramped and dark because of the deep window recess, would preferred a room with picture window.

Room was comfortable, well serviced.
Design / layout of the lounge could be more comfortable for people wishing to spend a little time in the hotel

Friendly atmosphere wihtout being over intrusive
Poor visibility out of room due to small window access (can't do much about that)Otherwise room was fine!
