"the hotel is due for a spring clean i think . i have stayed there mainly because of the price and location to my work. in the past there was a comprehensive tv package to compensate for the out of town location but this has recently been reduced to the basic chanels, Wireless internet had just been introduced which is a help. The car park gets overcrounded with coaches and trucks and at times ive had find other parking. The staff are very good and wil try to accomadate your requirements.#and the bar always seems to be full so the beer must be ok." (97398797)

comfy bed, wireless internet, room service, laundry service

no cable and TV no film channes, TV too small, coffe making just adiquate, car parking

Les couloirs sont étroits et font un peu vieux. les chambres n'ont aucun charme particulier.

We thought the room was going to have 2 single beds, but it had a double and a single, and it turned out we really didn't need the two rooms had we known that.

"For some reason, breakfast was dished up on a plate by one person when the queue stretched for some 20 people. No one came to help and she had to keep leaving the serving area to get more food. Why couldn't people serve themselves like all other hotels? One of the two rooms we booked had dead flies on the floor and had not been cleaned for some time. When we checked out the computer had crashed and took some twenty minutes to sort out." (1866411)

access to Galway city. reasonable prices.

dirty room, poor and slow breakfast service, slow checkout

"The hotel is nicely situated, a 15-20 min.walk to Eyre Square. It is beside GMIT which suited us. Easy to find. It is a typical modern hotel. Nice to see the locals using the bar facilities at night." (1674427)

    Hotel itself nice. Good bar.

Standard hotel room, same as any other. Boring.

"WE were very happy with the standard of the hotel and the only thing I woud have like would have been a pool. I would stay there again having stayed a many Best Western hotel the last previous being Music Row Nashville Tennesse which did have a pool." (1514576)

We had a suite which was very nice clean and comfortable and very important non smoking and quiet
